Vermont Life Founder
Pursuing his heart and his passion for mountain biking and skiing, Craig returned to his native Vermont and settled in more than 20 years ago. Realizing quickly after his return how much he had missed his paradise, he made the decision this was where his home and future would be.
Craig developed a passion and love for real estate during his years living in Starksboro where he purchased and cleared his first piece of raw land building an energy-efficient cabin that harmonized with the surroundings. When he sold it 5 years later he knew that he had found his calling. Craig is grateful for the wonderful life he gets to enjoy every day in Vermont with his partner and 2 children who are his inspiration. Being a strong believer in giving back, he is a committed and effective volunteer with Bridges to Health Community Health Worker Program and strong advocate for the Latin American migrant community who are the backbone of Vermont’s dairy, maple syrup and farm industries.
Craig has also put his energy into developing meaningful and strong relationships with local architects, contractors, officials, engineers and everyone in between. These relationships combined with his unique skill sets acquired from years of envisioning, planning, and building property in Vermont become a true advantage for buyers and sellers and set Craig apart from every other Broker in Vermont.

Clint Carrick
Born and raised in Stowe, Clint grew up with an engrained appreciation for everything that makes this corner of the world so special. As soon as he could walk he was sliding around on skis, and it wasn’t long until he was mountain biking, skateboarding, and otherwise doing anything he could to spend time outdoors. Besides growing to love the nature of Vermont, he was also lucky enough to meet many local legends and learn about the local history that lends northern Vermont its truly unique character.
Clint graduated from the University of Vermont in 2013 and, craving a bit of adventure, moved to Japan where he lived and worked as an English teacher. After stints in Switzerland and Massachusetts, Clint gravitated back to Vermont, where he began work as an author, part-time teacher, and owner-operator of a house painting business.
What Clint enjoyed most about the home improvement industry was building a close rapport with clients and seeing their joy when their homes were transformed just as they wanted. Inspired by the example of his father, a decades-long cornerstone of the Stowe real estate scene, Clint decided his enthusiasm for assisting clients achieve their dream homes would best be served by becoming a realtor himself. Thus, instead of helping people refurbish their homes, Clint began helping people buy, sell, and build the special spaces they would inhabit.
Clint’s deep-rooted understanding of the market, the houses, and the landscapes in the greater Stowe area grants him a unique ability to guide clients on their real estate journey. His relationships with many of the area’s top contractors are likewise an invaluable asset. Furthermore, as an agent for Vermont’s premier independent real estate company, Clint works under the guidance and supervision of one of the leading figures in all of Vermont real estate. Ultimately, it is Clint’s determination, attention to detail, and relentless effort on behalf of his clients that make him a powerful asset to anyone buying or selling in northern Vermont.
He lives in Williston with his wife and is a proud member of the Stowe Snails hockey team.
